A black river flows through a region where most of the Caffephea species are found. This river serves as the primary source of nutrients for all Caffephea living in the area. Rising from its banks are numerous steel pipes, and towering, gleaming coffee pots. White walls enclose green fields, where the soft tinkling of approaching sounds is often heard.
The coffee pots at the banks are filled by the steady flow of the black river and dispense their liquid for the Caffephea, much like bees visiting flowers in search of nectar. The Koppea and Kannea species are constantly at work, trying to catch a shot of the black liquid. Sometimes they arrive too late, or linger too long beneath a pot that has stopped pouring. The infants of the Koppea, unable to walk yet, wait patiently for their very first taste of the black elixir.
